I actually didn't know what to expect. I had MH before this light and it seems to meet my expectations. Most of my corals like it!

Build is good, price was right, T5's run cool (relative to MH), hanging system is great. Electrical use is nice.

I have a few corals that don't seem to do as well under the T5. It's not a SPS thing. Many of my tougher SPS are very happy. There are just a couple of corals that are not as colorful (most are green). I plan a bulb change soon and will see if it's just the color mix of bulbs that I picked.
