Installation and Operation	Easy to use & install. Mine is the two-cord model and so it also has two power switches as well. Bulbs are very easy to access & change.
Performance vs. Expectations	I was surprised at how much light this fixture produces! Lots of illumination and dispersion. But there is a price - it can get hot! Not burn the aquarium hot, or MH hot, but it will add heat to the tank if you have it close to the water or if you install it in a cover. The two cords allow for separate control of the fixtures so you can vary the photoperiod if you want. There are four fan ports in the top, but only two have fans. I would have liked to see four - two to push air through and two for drawing air out. I think it would help the heat issues.
Value for money	I was able to purchase a demo fixture so the $ was about 3/4 of new and I felt that was a good price for the unit. At full retail they do seem a bit pricey, but they perform well. Considering the alternatives, MH, T5-VHO, I think they are priced comparably.

Installation and Operation	Very easy to install. Instructions ...well there aren't any really. I had to call and ask where the rubber bands went. (they go over the metal clips to hold the lights in). Very easy to maintain and no maintenance except to wipe it down every week or so from salt creep (if saltwater).
Performance vs. Expectations	Performs well and my corals like it. Only problem is the site i ordered mine from said it came with two cords for different timers per lights (the white and blue). This is not true it only comes with ONE cord. The company that said this was/is Tsunami.
Value for money	Good value for money. Have had for about a year now and have not had any problems.
Customer Support	I tried to email the company (about the cords). Either they didn't email me back or they did not have an email address available.

Liked about it	1) Consistent light output 2) Light bulbs last pretty well 3) easy to turn on and off and put on tank
Didn't like	Does get really hot and raises my tank temp. 1 or 2 degrees, but nothing drastic.
