I've had a FOWLR(fish only with live rock) aquarium for some time now, and I had the hood that came with the aquarium(only room for one bulb), so I purchased this bulb. It gave the tank a beautiful white color and consumes a minumal amount of electricity. But unfortunatly once I added in a few corals, I realized that this light is not nearly sufficent to keep corals happy and alive. It's a great bulb, but for corals you need very strong light with about 3-5watts per gallon, and 15ws is now where near close to that for a 20g.

Liked about it	The long life The bright white light(poet and didn't know it:/) These bulbs are very easy to install, just insert into bassalts and twist!
Didn't like	It would be nice if there was a single bulb that had high enough watts for keeping a reef tank, but since it's a low watt item, you must have multiple bulbs. But if your planning on keeping a FO tank, I highly recommend this bulb!

This bulb is a crisp white and is fairly bright being that its only 20watts. Its a great price for a bulb that has the color you want and the spectrum that your corals desire. I was overdriving the bulb with a VHO ballast and it ended up running about 35watts. It decreased the lifespan of the bulb by about half, but it gave a lot more light output.

Didn't like	Wasn't as bright as I would have liked Price wasn't the best for just a 24 inch T12 bulb. I would like to see the reflector separate so you can attach it if you wish.
