low output, I've had failed bulbs

While I greatly appreciated the customer service I got from UVL, I've had two of these bulbs fail due to manufacturing defects (incomplete seals at the ends of the bulb resulting in excess O2 in the bulb, creating internal arcing and failing of the bulbs). While this bulb has one of the highest PAR outputs of the actinic bulbs, my disappointment in bulb life will keep me away in the future.

Liked about it	Great output for an actinic bulb, good price.
Didn't like	Short life, for some reason I had two of these bulbs fail. While their other products have worked well, I'll lean towards other brands for actinics in the future.
