Worth the money for a medium end bulb

Works well but there are deffinetely bulbs out there that will make your corals "pop" better and cause better growth rate, along with being alot brighter. This bulb is a nice bulb if you don't have the money to spend on expensive bulbs.

Has a nice blue tint for a 12k bulb, but it isn't very bright. If you don't have actinics on your tank and don't have the money to spend on bulbs, this is a good all around bulb.

I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't like a blue color, it is more blue than most 12k bulbs, it also isn't very bright compared to other bulbs.

Good Bulb

Good bulbs, but still didn't give me the color I was looking for. Growth was good, but they seemed to shift color after about 6 months to a weird pink... |

A little blue for a 12K but still a great bulb!

This was the 3rd or 4th bulb I had tried and for a 12K bulb I though it actually had more blue than other 14K bulbs. The colors of the corals especially blues and greens just popped! for the price this really is a excellent bulb and I would suggest it to anyone looking for a bright bulb on the blueish side! |

A great 12K Lamp
| General |
I ran these bulbs for 12 months and have to say they are my favotite 12K lamp on the market right now. Thay may not be as brite or have the PAR of som others out there but they have an excelent color for a 12K bulb. I ran them on a Icecap 250w E Ballast. |
