Installation and Operation	Operation and Installation is super easy. Place it in your tank or sump and plug it in. It's just that easy
Performance vs. Expectations	I live in Florida and I rarely ever have a need for a heater but during the months of December thru February, I sometimes have to use one. This product has exceeded all my expatiation and I will continue to use it future.
Value for money	Its well built and the cost was cheap
Customer Support	I've never had to deal with this company yet

Liked about it	It simply works great and its cheap. Reliable Small in size so its not a complete eyesore
Didn't like	I haven't found a dislike yet

Installation and Operation	Out of the box I got this running, Noting to really "Assemble" other than clipping on the suction cups. I should warn you though, the little dial on top, is not completely accurate, but it doesn't bother me. I do see that if someone does not have a thermometer they can get in trouble, mine is currently on 72°F and is heating at 77.5° My thermometer can be off as well... I have yet to see with an expensive thermometer.
Performance vs. Expectations	Keeps a very constant 77.5°F - 78° 24/7 I'm very surprised, my tetra heater would be on the plus side of 3° off throughout the day
Value for money	Awesome value, Costs as much or close to the cheap knockoffs.
Customer Support	Never had any problems

Liked about it	- Small & Compact - Keeps temperature very consistent. - Reliable - Light turns on to indicate its heating - Fully Submersible - Temperature Dial
Didn't like	- The Temperature Dial is not fully accurate - Made of Glass...

Installation and Operation	Very easy to install. Basically set to the desired temp, plug it in and put it in the tank. Very easy to operate and once you get it dialed in you do not have to do anything to maintain it.
Performance vs. Expectations	For the price I was skeptical but it is still trucking and keeps my tank temperatures stable.
Value for money	It is about the same price as other models but honestly I picked this one cause the packaging was nicer the the others lol. Great value for the money.
Customer Support	Called in to the company one time to register the product for the warranty. They were very nice and helpful and even sent me a free catalog. Kind of cheesy but they made me feel good about my purchase.

Liked about it	Very reliable thus far. Great value for the money and does not pull too many amps and best of all it is UL listed! Never buy anything that is not UL listed. I learned about this on the the reef tank forums.
Didn't like	have not found anything to dislike.

Installation and Operation	It is really simple to install this product and use it. Just plug it in and set dial to the temp u want.
Performance vs. Expectations	I would say that it does perform as good as advertised.
Value for money	Yes
Customer Support	I never had to deal with the company.
