Installation and Operation	I got this heater in a box full of aquarium stuff. When I mix up new water I toss this in there and in no time the water is heated up. Not difficult to operate, but the switch on top is a little hard to turn once salt builds up.
Performance vs. Expectations	The product performs very well for its size.
Value for money	I didn't purchse it, but if I had to replace it, I would replace with an identical one. I feel that it is a good product.
Customer Support	I have not had to deal with customer support.

Liked about it	-Small size -Heats water quickly -Easy to read what the temp is set at
Didn't like	I didnt like how little the knob is to grab and try to turn the temp up or down.
