Was recomended to me by the LFS and it did well in my tank. No complaints... It is a general food for filter feeders though so if you have a coral with a specific need be sure this will meet it. Liked about it Coarls seemed to do well when i was using it and it is relitively inexpensive. Didn't like Care not to add to much.
