This doesnt come in sheets, more like clumps, and it deteriorates quickly when put in the water. The fish do seem to like it, but those in my tank prefer the green and purple varieties. A nice product, though, the red seaweed is good to have on hand.

Many of my fish seem to really go after this seaweed, so I like to have it on hand and mix it into their diet (particularly when they're otherwise not looking as well as normal).

It's a bit costly, and 1 oz is not going to go a long way. You'll probably want to find another food for long term use, as this is not going to last.
