I'm not convinced this product is any better than other flake foods, but the fish enjoy it and I havent had any nuisance algae or other nutrient issues as a result of using this food (though I use it sparingly). I'll probably by it again when I run out.

Liked about it	Simple to use, a good source of protein. While I don't use it exclusively (meaning I mix in a lot of different types of food for my fish), I do use this food with regularity.
Didn't like	Probably going to contribute to phosphate levels in the tank if you use it by itself or in large quantities, so make sure not to overuse, but overall it's a good staple in a fish's diet. this container is not particularly large, so if you have a lot of fish consider the 5.5oz container.
