This in basically a must have if you want to keep Tangs or other grazing fish. Securely holds seaweed or other type of leafy vegetable in place so fish can eat. Suction cup will harden over time....sometimes running some HOT water over the suction cup will add some flexibility again.

doesnt stay in place

Works well enough, but it is unlikely to stay on the glass as designed. Better to use a magnet type of clip. |
