Great product!!

Installation and Operation	This module is built as either a "stand-alone" unit or to be used in series with other members of the Rainbow Lifeguard system. I also have a two-chamber UV unit which made it quite easy to install the heater module in-line with the UV units. I would have liked to see some form of instruction in the documentation regarding type/size of recommended heaters to be used with this module. The instructions are not really needed but contain information regarding other units (chemical/mechanical filters) which seems a little odd however, the unit is plug-and-play; they are not really needed. This should be intuitive however, the heater must be purchased separately.
Performance vs. Expectations	This unit performs as advertised and all joints are sealed well for no leaks during operation. Seals around the inserted heater fit well and seal accordingly.
Value for money	8/10. If you plan to use a titanium heater, this module is not for you. It is designed with a port in the top of the module to allow a heater to be slipped in/out easily. Water flow will need to be turned off before any type of heater manipulation may be performed. If you plan to use a glass heater, this module should be considered a "must-have" however and keeps the heater out of the sump. Truly, this module is especially for people who have a sump less design and is best suited for use with the rest of Lifegard's "system" modules. Personally, I love their design and construction is great! If space is limited and the use of a remote sump is not a choice, check out their full line of products as an alternative. The usefulness diminishes a bit if one were to simply purchase this item to mount their heater if space were available in the sump already. Basically, the heater chamber is fed by an inlet/outlet and plumbed to a return pump or to a circulation pump from the sump or main tank. The unit is designed to safely and securely hold your heater in the middle of the unit's contact chamber.
Customer Support	I have had extended conversations with the company over an unrelated issue with my UV and in all contacts, the staff is courteous and prompt with all matters. While I would hope this is not a regular occasion for all customers, feel comfortable that if you were to experience difficulties with a product, they will be there to assist you all the way. Thanks!

Liked about it	Well built. Small footprint. Easily installed.
Didn't like	Instructions might have been more informative regarding recommended heaters to use or at least heater descriptions if trademark issues might be a consideration. Might consider an upgraded "combination" unit with an included heater as a "package" to be offered along with the standard unit.
