Installation and Operation The product was easy to set up and easy to clean. Performance vs. Expectations Performed very good. Need to change the filter media every 1-2 months. Value for money Yes. Customer Support No. Liked about it I like to run carbon on my tanks so this was a plus. It was not very large so it saved on space and the pump that runs the system was quiet. Didn't like The only thing I did not like about the product was trying to find the replacement filters.
