I like that it can hang on to the back of the tank or be placed into a sump.

| Didn't like |
I have two reactors and both units leaked around the pluming joints I had to seal it with silicone
I don't care for the lid you have to put pressure on the piping to take it off which may cause leaks in the future.

Not the perfect reactor, but it works
| Installation and Operation |
I don't think mine came with any instructions, but it's pretty straight forward. No tubing was included, I don't think.
|
| Performance vs. Expectations |
Performs as advertised, but not as great of a design as others out there.
|
| Value for money |
I think it might be a few dollars cheaper to buy a competitor's product, but not by much.

| Customer Support |
My unit arrived missing the o-ring that seals the lid to make sure there were no leaks. Yep, pretty important thing to be missing... I called the company and they shipped me one and I got the unit up and running within a few days. Customer service was difficult to contact initially, but they resolved my issue promptly and at their expense.

Hangs on tank and is adjustable for different widths of tanks. Some others don't hang on the tank, I don't think. Lid twists off easily.

A large o-ring seals the lid, which I think could possibly fail and lead to a leak and possible flood if not caught in a timely fashion. Also, it'd be nice if there was a small valve on the inlet to help control flow through the reactor.
