Installation and Operation	This power filter is ideal for the beginner with a nano aquarium, it works for both saltwater and freshwater aquariums. It does it's job for mechanical, biological and chemical filtration. It's not all that powerful though, but it works great. The only maintence required monthly is replacing the filter socks and carbon. But every two months or so the whole filter must be taken out for a complete cleaning.
Performance vs. Expectations	It's quiet, but I can still hear it and it's never broken for me, but after about 6 months it sounds like it's pulsing, but still works the same.
Value for money	It's pretty cheap but it's worth the money.

Liked about it	This item is relatively quiet. THe majority of the system hangs out of the tank so the equipment is mostly out of sight which is nice. It collects alot of debris is suprisingly efficient for the low power. This product requires low maintence.
Didn't like	There was nothing about this filter that was majorly bad. :)

General

I had to replace the impeller after 2 years, easy to do and inexpensive, no other problems.

Liked about it	surface skimmer does a good job of keeping the water surface clean, reliable (been using mine for 2 years), deep compartment for putting filter media into.
