This product performed just as well as carbon, tank is crystal clear with no ill effects on any of the corals
ph never changed
product claims to have none of the ill effects of running carbon by not stripping the tank of trace elements or leaching any phosphates back into the water. allthough i have no way of testing this but like i said i have not seen any ill effects
