Great experience

Installation and Operation	Easy to install. Mine is used for topping off the tank. I suggest buying some bare santoprene tubing and making your own replacement tubes, a roll of 50' tubing can be had for under $30.
Performance vs. Expectations	Works well. Delivers the rated flow.
Value for money	Decent price for a decent peristaltic pump. Peristaltics are hard to find for under a 100 dollars.
Customer Support	Great support. The roller assembly on one of mine wore out within the warranty period. I contacted Aqua Medic and I received 2 new roller assemblies in the mail later that week.

Liked about it	Good value. Works perfect under continuous operation. Quiet.
Didn't like	It can back flow, make sure to use supplied or other check valves. Replacement tubes are expensive. The parts (roller assembly) can wear unevenly.

Aquamedic SP 3000 Dosing Pump

I would try another one if I could get it used for a very cheap price. I am sure my experience is not par to most others and more of a fluke, however I cannot give it a decent rating as it stands.

Liked about it	When it worked it worked great!! It is a simple device that just pulls water or dosing chemicals up from a container and dispenses into your sump/tank. This is done by a small motor massaging a rubber hose that pulls the water/chemicals up via airline hose.
Didn't like	Within 4 days it began leaking inside the housing. I think it was coming from the rubber hose, however it shorted out the motor and is now completely worthless.
