Excellent beginner coral
| Comments |
Great way to add a variety of color to your tank. Almost fool proof can survive just about anything. Great coral to grow and trade for more later or to get LFS store credit.

Great coral and easy to care for
| Comments |
This coral is a great beginner coral for one. They come in many different colors and sizes and will tolerate a wider range of water quality than alot of corals. They don't require much lighting. They like lower flow so they're better to keep near the bottom of the tank. They are not very agressive that I have seen and they reproduce on their own by moving and leaving parts of their foot behind that grow into a new animal.

| Liked about it |
- very easy to care for
- minimal lighting requirement
- beautiful addition to the tank
|
| Didn't like |
- can be a pain to get to attach to a new location
- if the flow is too strong it will detach itself

Great starter coral...
| Comments |
Mushroom corals are fairly easy to keep and don't require elevated levels of lighting. They grow quickly and will reproduce by spiting when water quality is good. They can be difficult to attach to a rock if they are not already on one, so care should be exercised to prevent them from getting into pumps or power heads.

Mushrooms are always a great beginner coral.
| General |
Get yourself a few of these and in no time your tank will be full of them. They spread very fast and could survive nuclear fall out. Isolate them if you do not want them taking over. |

| General |
Great beginner corals that you can grow easily even under low power CF lighting. They spread quickly and are easily fragged and traded to other reefers for more shrooms, so you can grow more shrooms, so you can trade more, ad nauseum :) |

Thoughts on Mushroom coral(anemone)
| General |
Great beginner coral...actually it was my first coral paid 5.00 for a frag. Mushrooms are a very easy to frag coral. Just need a sharp object and cust it like one would a pizza. Coral is photosynthetic meaning it only needs light to live. They will move in the form of crawling(very slowly) and completely detaching from a rock. |
| Liked about it |
Low light requirements.

Great First Coral
| General |
These are great started corals, they do not have great demands and can easily be propagated through cuttings. They will give someone and try at corals to see if they are up to the task. They aren't the most expensive coral and you can find frags real cheap. If your thinking of getting coral for the first time this is a good starter point and many advanced reefers still keep them. |
| Liked about it |
Easy to care for do not have great demands in terms of water quality or lighting.
