Installation and Operation	I purchased the 1/15 Arctica to keep my JBJ 28 LED Nano cool in the summer. My tank is located in an upstairs bedroom and room temps can reach 90 degrees Fahrenheit on hot summer days. Set up was rather simple. You'll need to add a powerhead to pump water into the chiller's input but other than that setup is very simple. The chiller has a digital thermostat which is very easy to set. The Arctica performed very well all summer long and is now resting for the long Ohio winter. My tank maintained a consistent 78.9. Maintenance is fairly simple consisting of cleaning the front side dust filter.
Performance vs. Expectations	I purchased the Arctica to chill the water and that it did. Mission accomplished.
Value for money	This is a matter of opinion I guess. Chillers are kind of pricey so you know that going into it but a tankful of dead coral costs more!
Customer Support	Didn't/haven't had to deal with them as of this writing.

Didn't like	My Arctica is housed in the chiller compartment of my JBJ MTS-60 stand. I noted while running the compartment gets quite hot despite the heat dissipation vents on the MTS-60. I contacted the mfg and they assure me that this is part of normal operation. On really hot days I leave the compartment door open to vent the heat out...problem solved :)

Installation and Operation	Does not come with a pump, but I had a spare powerhead and tubing available. Keeps temp at set point +- 1 deg F. I will never operate my tank without it again. I purchased from Doctors. Foster and Smith and delivery was sooner than expected. I was pleased with the size and ease of install. I was able to install in less than 15 minutes. The directions were easy to follow. I have the unit placed at the bottom of my aquarium stand. The digital display gives a ready indication of the temperature of the water in my aquarium. The green LED based activity light indicates when the unit is running, and it is the only way to tell the unit is operating as it is so quiet.
Performance vs. Expectations	Absolutely operates as mentioned in the sales information. Whisper quiet as advertised as well.
Value for money	Good value, but is quite expensive, but for a reef tank in the home during the summer this is a must.
Customer Support	No dealing with the company as yet

Liked about it	Ease of install Reliability (thus far) Truly whisper quiet!
Didn't like	The price lack of pump internal to the unit.

Installation and Operation	I bought this for my 24g, the instructions is very clear, pump to "in", "out" to the tank. It is not difficult to set this up, but need to know where you want to put it in order to get the right size of hose. I clean the screen every now and then just like you clean the screen for the ac unit.
Performance vs. Expectations	It works great, very quiet. The reading on chiller thermometer is almost the same as the thermometer reading from the tank when it shut off or turn on, very accurate.
Value for money	to me, it is a little bit much since I have a nano tank, but if you want to have good corals, this is a must.
Customer Support	never had one
