Worth The Money Big Time!

Installation and Operation	This was so easy to install! Very well explained in there instructions not hard to understand at all. This is so simple to operate! You have a up and down key to adjust the temp that you would like it to cool your tank. Not much maintenance at all. Just check to see every few months that nothing has got clog in the tubs.
Performance vs. Expectations	Yes! Performs as advertised.
Value for money	It's a bit high on price. But it's the cheapest one on the market and its very well made. I just think all chillers are over priced
Customer Support	I have not had any issues with this chiller so I had no reason to call customer support. That's a good thing!

Liked about it	Easy to set up! Keeps the tank set to what I have it at 80 to 82 around the clock. Love how easy it is to adjust the temperature on this chiller.
Didn't like	The fans on this thing is a bit loud. It blows out a lot of hot air from the fans. It cant sit on top of carpet due to the fact it sit real low to the floor and the carpet will snuff its air flow and make it over heat!
