Good Product

Installation and Operation	Installation of this chiller could not be any easier. plug it in set the thermometer and drop the coil in the water.
Performance vs. Expectations	The chiller works as described by manufacture.
Value for money	Yes this product is worth the cost, however I discovered I would rather have an inline chiller.
Customer Support	No actions with customer support.

Liked about it	Easy installation, almost maintenance free - just clean the fan coils once per month.
Didn't like	The coil took a lot of room in the sump, after years of service the flex hose was over come with salt creep and the salt caused the flex hose to rot out and caused a leak which leaked the freon out and disabled the chiller.

Good Chiller for around 150 Gallons or so

General

Nice unit. I'm pretty pleased with it. And for the sheer fact that I bought it way below market price it made the deal even sweeter. I would recommend this chiller to anyone with a tank of 150 gallons in size or smaller as it would do a terrific job of holding that temp!

Liked about it	-Ease of Use. It is simply set it and forget it! -Clean Look. -Temp Controller is very simple to use and can be used with Heaters in the Winter Months
Didn't like	-It keeps up with my tank regulated... But, does not keep up very well although I'm sure I'm on the highest end of where a chiller of this size should be used for I'm around 250 gallons So, that might be a bit hard for me to judge. -Need to find a place for the heat to go but, this is a common problem with ALL the Chillers
