Installation and Operation	installation was a breeze. i removed the included taps and repalced them with 1" pvc threaded adapters, glued flex pvc to it and attached it to my pump for create a closed loop. temperature setting is amazingly easy. press the set button, select desired temperature, press set again and that's it. the chiller comes on when a little above the set temp and the heat (option) comes on if the temp drops below set temp. my chiller came with a uv option but i dont use it.
Performance vs. Expectations	the performance exceeds my expectations with compactness, effective cooling and quietness.
Value for money	EXCELLENT value for the money. i am more than willing to get another teco chiller without hesitation.
Customer Support	customer support is above and beyond expectation. i lost my logo sticker, emailed them and promptly received a replacement shortly. oh, the unit didn't come with a power cord. they also sent that amazingly fast.

Liked about it	there are too many positive things to say about the teco chiller. the value/performance ratio is absolutely positive and would highly recommend a teco chiller to anyone who wants one of the best reef related products out there.
Didn't like	nothing really negative about it. i am searching my brain for negativity but really, there is nothing negative about this chiller.
