This is a custom cut sponge .The sponge that is provided is of good quality but the area it's situated in the tank is poor. Unable to be removed without squeezing all the debris out of it. |

The sponge is designed to fit in an area that is less than adequate to service . After the sponge gets debris in it you can't get it out of the compartment . By the time you do its put everything back in the tank . I would not use this sponge in the RSM
