Performance vs. Expectations this product performs exactly as the manufacturer escribed and surpassed my expectations. Value for money this product is priced appropriately. I believe that it doesn't offer much benefit over the compeditors but how far can you go with magnets and a scubbing pad. so in the end it is still a good product. Customer Support The product performs well and i haven't needed to contact the company ever. i also puchased it years ago. Liked about it i like this product because it accomplishes its goal, it's very easy to use, and i don't need to stick my hands in the water to clean or mess with the hood of my tank because of a handle that tries to keep my hands out of the water. Didn't like i don't like that it gives an almost pulsing action when moving on the glass after extended use, because it causes my corals to close up, but they soon return to normal. a small price to pay. Great product. Liked about it Best investment I've made, they may be $40 but the pads last forever and are easily replaced.
