A very sinple to use Calcium supplement.

I use this product on a monthly basis to keep my Ca/Alk in balance.
Although I do run a Ca reactor my CA levels seem to drop off over time. I mix this using a formula to bring my CA up by 100ppm per dose even though that exceeds the max recommended dosing I have not seen a problem.
I mix using about 3 cups of RO/DI. It is important to keep stirring while mixing as the calcium hydroxide reacts with the water creating alot of heat.
When used appropriatly this is an outstanding product for raising Ca levels fast. |

Kent Marine Turbo Calcium

Make sure you have a basic understanding of chemistry before using this product. It has a purpose and works well in conjunction with proper chemistry, a supplemental routine and/or a kalk or calcium reactor when needed. Very easy to use and effective. |

I've been using Kent Turbo Calcium for a number of years in order to bump calcium both in tank when I find it low and to bump my water change water up to acceptable or matching levels prior to a water change.
