Make sure you have a basic understanding of chemistry before using this product. It has a purpose and works well in conjunction with proper chemistry, a supplemental routine and/or a kalk or calcium reactor when needed. Very easy to use and effective. |

I've been using Kent Turbo Calcium for a number of years in order to bump calcium both in tank when I find it low and to bump my water change water up to acceptable or matching levels prior to a water change.

Great Product! Highly recommended!

I use this product regularly to boost my calcium levels. I do run a Calcium reactor but from time to time need to boost my calcium. Simple to mix. Just add it to RO/DI mix for a while till it's all dissolved. I mix this product muck stronger than suggested with no ill affects. I mil it to boost my Calcium about 100ppm. I have been doing this over a year and never had any issues. You can use a reef chemistry calculator to determine ho much to use. It is suggested to never raise your Calcium more then 100ppm in a 24 hour period.

When I first started into reef keeping, I needed a way to maintain my calcium levels. I started using Turbo Calcium to manage my levels. It always did the job until I eventually had to move onto something a little more concentrated. For low calcium additive needs I would recommend it, but when you demands start to raise up from SPS and clams you will more than likely want to go to a 2 part mix for ease of use.
