I only have to add this product once a week (after my water changes) and the dKH stays good after that. This product is cheap and works very well. I have some sensitive corals so it is important that it does not cloud the water or not dissolve fully and disturb them (which has happened before with other brands).

Effective, and lasts so you do not have to use every day.

This product was a must in my old town. The ph of my top off water would be so off and it always changed. I used this product everytime I filled my ato up. It works as advertised and does not cloud the water. Its very easy to use and dissolves very quickly. Depending on where you get it, it won't break the bank like some of the other products out there. The only thing I reccomend and not because anything happened just because I like to be cautious is to never add it directly to tank or sump and I always let the topoff water sit for atleast 24 hours before using. Other than that its the simplest way to correct your ph and also your dkh

Great Product I use it daily

Performs as advertised. Have used this builder for over 15 yrs with confidence.
I use it with my make up water which is < Neutral out of the DI.
It's a good idea to check calcium levels as too high a dKh can lower calcium and cause precipitation. And vise-versa, check dKh, as calcium can deplete it if too high.

1. Ease of use, just add a little to ea gallon of make up water.
2. Cost effective, go with the 1,000g size unless ur just "testing the waters" to see if you like the product
3. Mixes quickly, can even add to the overflow/skimmer box if needed, never see in powder form again in tank.

Kent never fails me! It's cheap and lasts a long time. It keeps pH at a very stable rate. It's easy to use and is great for small and large tanks.

I have this under my tank right now, it worked for me and very easy to use, I didnt see anychages in the critters that are in my tank, any changes in the calrity of the water just mix it in a glass of water and pour it right in very easy

I first started using this product when I started in the hobby and I have been using it ever since. It really does do what it says its supposed to do. I really like how beginner friendly this stuff is because it is so simple to use to keep important levels in check. I use it to control dkh and ph. The low price is nice as well.
