This item works just as described! It helps establish a solid bacteria in your tank making a cycle go easier and treats problems down the road. I have used this on all of my tanks and add about 1 cap full a month to keep it going; well worth the money. This item is very easy to use and it is practically impossible to overdose. The cost is a little high but to me it is worth every penny. Comes in 2 different sizes: the largest one is a little expensive and would take along time to use it all up so the medium sized bottle is your best bet when buying this item. Most stores carry this and you may even be able to find it a little cheaper on line I get mine off ebay were it's a couple dollars cheaper than in the store; the only downfall is you have to wait on it in the mail.

this is a great product that has help my out a lot. after using this product in a light load tank i have turn off my skimmer for the tome being. all my levels are at 0, no alga anywhere. water stays crystal clear.

i poor in a few cap fulls once a week and dont have to worry about it. you cant over dose the stuff. less cleaning the tank for me

Performs very well and does everything it says. Very cheap product I think I payed $8 dollars for the bottle if I remember right. Only thing I have had issues with is that its not the greatest for speeding up a cycle. I noticed no difference while cycling compared to no product at all.

Works like a champ. It is vital to anyone wanting to use a carbon based system, V/S/V, Vodka, etc.

It works as advertised. Its one part of the new two part bacteria and vodka driven systems. Microbacter seeds the system with non-pathogen bacteria that allows for better skimmer production, a reducing in nitrates and phosphates, and less detritus floating around the tank.

The only thing I don't like about it, is the price local. Online proces are so much better, but I know there's no way to control/fix that.

So Far, So Good!

I have been dosing this and so far it has done what it says it does! My water is clearer, algae is dying off, and skimmer is producing more skimmate. Will update after long term use, but I am happy so far. |
