As far as the Kalk it works great. But I have to say that I didn't see any increase in Magnesium levels. It claims to add Magnesium and Strontium. I didn't test for Strontium so I can't comment about that. But I have to dose the same amount of Magnesium as I did before I started using this product. And I drip Kalk 24/7 every day.
