It does even more than advertised. Great product. I purchased the 1 Gal. container for $49.99 and it lasts a while for my 54 gal corner tank.

I spoke to some professionals about all the different products I was buying for supplements for all the different kinds of corals I have and for helping to also improve the colors in the corals I had and was constantly advised of ALLLLLL the different supplements and what needs what and what promotes this color and what promotes that color and was finally saved all the headache and hassle when I found REEF RESULTS CALCIUM CARBONATOR. It does everything I need from ensuring my pH is balanced to promoting good health and strength in my corals as well as vibrant colors.
I was advised to use 5 mL twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening preferably 12 hours apart, and the reason for the split is because this product lasts 12 hours (as far as the pH balance goes), so if dosed the way I described my tank is actually being taken care of 24 hours a day.
The other perks about this product is that it is completely safe for my tank (And everything in it) and is a product made here in the USA!

The only thing I wish was different was if the cap was made in a 10 mL size like some of the other products they made (just for my convenience).
and not that i wish this was different but make sure you shake the product well before dosing, as it separates.

This is a one step calcium supplement addition designed to raise the calcium level of your tank and balance the ph level also.

By following the directions (my tank has a low calcium load) I was able to raise the calcium from 300 to 420 with in 2 weeks and this also raised the ph in the tank to about 8.1 - 8.2 after the lights were on for a bit.
easy to use shake contents of container and add desired amount.
last a long time the directions state to add 10 ml to 100 gallons of water per day
also contains other trace elements that reefs require.
